We engage through our program RISE, a rigorous framework that combines financial support with structured project development.

Our work is structured through RISE, the Foundation’s program.

RISE defines how we identify, evaluate, and support projects, while developing long-term partnerships with nonprofit organizations.
It combines targeted financial support with a clear framework for decision-making, execution, and accountability.
The objective is not only to fund projects, but to strengthen the conditions for sustainable and autonomous impact.

We do not act as a passive funder.

We partner with organizations willing to engage in a structured and demanding process, combining financial support with a clear framework to strengthen autonomy and sustainability.

Each partnership begins with a qualification phase. Once aligned, partners can request funding for specific projects, and over time for continuation, extension, or new initiatives.

Our focus is not on isolated funding, but on building long-term partnerships that strengthen an organization’s capacity to operate independently.

Partnerships are reassessed every three years to ensure continued relevance and progress toward autonomy.
WHAT WE SUPPORT
Focused support for
clearly defined projects.
We support projects that demonstrate clarity, feasibility, and relevance.

Projects are considered as part of a broader trajectory toward organizational autonomy.
Each project must be driven by a clearly defined goal (grounded in a clearly defined problem) that serves one or more of our statutory goals.
Each project must be able to plan and show responsible use of resources.
Each project must operate in a coherent approach with realistic objectives.
Each project must have the ability to measure progress in the long-term.
The Foundation does not accept unsolicited funding requests by email.
All applications must be submitted through this process.
